Exchange House, a striking 1980s architectural gem suspended above the bustling Liverpool Street Station railway, houses Broadgate Estates' Estate Management offices. Our recent rejuvenation of these aging facilities ensured the uninterrupted workflow of estate workers during the transformation.

Driven by a dual desire to enhance their team's well-being and operational efficiency, Broadgate Estate sought to harmonise contemporary functionality and comforts with the character of the existing infrastructure.
