Beside the bustling Victoria Station in London, we created an inventive planning proposal for an 18-story residential tower with 140 varied apartments, perched elegantly atop a civic plinth that engages a burgeoning public realm. Drawing inspiration from the architectural legacy of Victoria Station and Westminster Cathedral, our design breathes life into this urban landscape with a vibrant and contemporary 􀀁air.
